Arkad Finance Institute Inc. ("Arkad Institute," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial education organization, and we respect the privacy of the people who use our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through arkadinstitute.com and our educational programs, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website, our credential assessment and advisory services, and our cohort programs.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need in order to advise you and to run the programs you enroll in.

Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number; the responses you submit in the credential assessment, which may include your education, coursework, work history, professional objectives, and the time and budget you can commit; notes from advisory and mentor sessions; messages you send to our support team; and the content of any documents you choose to upload.

Account and enrollment information. Your account credentials, the programs and cohorts you are enrolled in, your session attendance and scheduling, and your billing history. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, operating system, IP address, referring page, the pages you view on our site, and the dates and times of those visits.

We do not purchase, rent, append, or otherwise acquire contact information about you from data brokers or partners.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

Produce your credential roadmap and prepare for your advisory session;

Enroll you in a cohort, schedule your sessions, and build a study plan against published examination dates;

Deliver instruction and mentorship, and keep track of where you are in your program;

Process payments, issue receipts, and administer renewals and cancellations;

Send you service and account communications relating to the program you are enrolled in;

Respond to the questions and support requests you send us;

Maintain the security and reliability of our website and systems, and detect and prevent misuse; and

Comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use the responses you provide in your credential assessment for any purpose other than serving you as a member.

4. Text Message Data and Consent

If you choose to provide your mobile telephone number and opt in, we use it solely to send you account notifications relating to your Arkad Institute account and the program you are enrolled in — enrollment and cohort confirmations, session and examination reminders tied to your own study plan, billing and renewal notices, verification codes, and replies to support requests you initiate. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Opting in is always separate and voluntary: it is presented as its own checkbox, unchecked by default, and it is never a condition of enrollment, of purchase, or of creating an account. We record the date, time, and wording of the consent you give.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Our messaging service providers and network aggregators receive your number strictly in order to transmit messages on our behalf, are bound by contract to use it only for that purpose, and may not use it for their own purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us at support@arkadinstitute.com or (888) 338-7523. Replying HELP will return our contact information. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else’s marketing purposes. We share it only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. Vendors that operate parts of our business on our behalf — payment processing, website and data hosting, email and text message delivery, video conferencing for sessions, scheduling, and customer support tooling. Each receives only the information required for its function and is contractually restricted to using it for that function.

Mentors and advisory staff. The mentor or advisor assigned to you receives the information necessary to advise you and to run your cohort. They are bound by confidentiality obligations to us.

Legal and protective disclosures. Where we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or exercise our legal rights, to investigate suspected fraud or misuse, or to protect the safety of any person.

Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient remains bound by the commitments in this Policy. Mobile telephone numbers and text message consent are excluded from any such transfer for marketing purposes.

We do not share your information with credentialing bodies, examination providers, prospective employers, or recruiters. If you ask us to send something on your behalf, we will do so only with your specific instruction.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand which pages people find useful so that we can improve them. We use a standard analytics provider for aggregate measurement. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings; if you do, portions of our website may not function as intended. We honour recognised browser-based opt-out signals where applicable law requires it.
