These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of arkadinstitute.com and the educational programs, advisory sessions, and related services offered by Arkad Finance Institute Inc. (referred to here as "Arkad Institute," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting an assessment, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Arkad Institute is a financial education organization. We provide professional training, credential guidance, and mentorship to people who are entering or advancing within the financial services industry. Our subject matter is the industry itself — its credentials, its licensing examinations, and the paths through it. Our services consist of:
A structured credential assessment and a written roadmap identifying which professional credential pathway suits a member’s background, coursework, and objectives;
Advisory sessions in which a member reviews that roadmap with a member of our advisory staff;
Cohort-based preparation programs organized around a single credential and examination sitting, led by a mentor who holds that credential;
Scheduling, study planning, and accountability support tied to published examination dates; and
Educational articles, guides, and reference material published on our website.
We do not author, administer, score, or license any professional examination. Members obtain examination content and registration directly from the relevant credentialing body or from third-party preparation providers of their choosing. Our role is to help a member select a pathway and to provide structure, instruction, and mentorship while the member pursues it.

Arkad Institute provides financial education. We are not a financial services firm: we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, accounting firm, insurance producer, bank, or lender, and we are not registered as any of those. We teach people about the financial services industry; we do not provide financial services.
We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or recommendations regarding any security, product, or financial transaction. Nothing on our website or in any program should be understood as such advice.
We do not guarantee that any member will pass an examination, obtain a credential or license, receive an interview, or obtain employment. Outcomes depend on each member’s own preparation, qualifications, and circumstances.
We do not make representations about compensation, earnings, income, or financial results associated with any credential or career path.
Arkad Institute is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by, or sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CFA Institute, the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the North American Securities Administrators Association, any state board of accountancy, or any other credentialing or regulatory body. Names of credentials and examinations are used descriptively to identify the subject matter of our programs.
We are not an employment agency and do not place members in positions.
Our services are offered only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to, or collect information from, anyone under eighteen.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at the contact details in Section 12 if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute program materials or session access, and not to use our services in any way that interferes with other members or with the operation of our services.
The Credential Roadmap — comprising the assessment, the advisory session, and the written roadmap that follows — is a one-time paid service. Cohort programs are offered separately on a paid subscription basis, and the Credential Roadmap fee is credited against the first billing period for members who enroll in a cohort. Current pricing for both is published on our website before any purchase is completed, and you will be shown the amount and, for subscriptions, the billing interval before you are charged.
Examination registration fees payable to a credentialing body or testing provider, and any third-party preparation materials or courses you elect to use, are not included in our fees and remain your own responsibility.
Paid programs renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Cancellation stops future charges; it takes effect at the end of the billing period then in progress. Our refund terms are published alongside our pricing and form part of these Terms.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of enrolling in any program or of purchasing anything from us.
All content made available through arkadinstitute.com and our programs — including roadmaps, study plans, curricula, written guides, recorded and live session material, and the Arkad Institute name, logo, and visual identity — is owned by Arkad Finance Institute Inc. or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law.
Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use program materials for their own educational purposes for as long as their enrollment remains active. This licence does not permit copying, publication, distribution, resale, public display, or the creation of derivative works without our prior written permission. Third-party marks referenced in our materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Our text message program is limited to notifications about your own Arkad Institute account and the program you are enrolled in. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages of any kind — no course offers, no discounts or win-back campaigns, no new-cohort announcements, and no third-party or partner offers. Communications of that nature are sent by email only.
Messages you may receive from us include:
Registration, enrollment, and cohort confirmations;
Reminders for mentor sessions and examination dates tied to your own study plan;
Billing, payment, and renewal notices;
One-time verification and account security codes; and
Replies to a support request that you initiated.
By providing your mobile telephone number to Arkad Institute and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive these messages at that number. Consent is obtained through a separate box that is unchecked by default and that you must select yourself. It is never a condition of enrollment, of purchase, or of creating an account.
Message frequency varies.

After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again.
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile telephone number changes or is reassigned.
Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky.
Our services and all materials provided through them are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information regarding examination requirements, registration windows, prerequisites, or eligibility is complete or current. Credentialing bodies and regulators change their requirements, and members remain responsible for verifying requirements directly with the relevant body before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkad Finance Institute Inc., its officers, directors, employees, mentors, advisors, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of our services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of our services will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to our services are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado for the resolution of any such dispute.
We may revise these Terms from time to time as our programs and obligations change. When we do, we will post the revised Terms at this location. Material changes affecting members with active enrollments will be communicated to those members. Your continued use of our services after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not accept a revision, you may cancel as described in Section 5.
